Abstract :
A three year PVMaT project which ended in May, 2001 has resulted in major developments in PV module manufacturing technology. The most significant have been in the areas of silicon ribbon growth and cell processing. Evergreen has opened a state-of-the-art multimegawatt factory that has incorporated these advances.
