Abstract
A Linear dispersion model of atmospheric pollution is studied for analyzing the economic losses of environmental load. By using the Total Loss Model of urban traffic communications environment, the loss only incurred by CO for one hour is calculated. A method proposed by Ma Xiaoming is applied to compute the economic loss caused by CO2 the greenhouse gas. The effects from CO and CO2 are combined to analyze their impact on the city of Jinan. Measures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the loads over the traffic environment.
