Abstract
The research on influence of geometry to dielectric frequency responses of oil-paper insulation was carried out in order to apply dielectric frequency response to diagnose the equipment more accurate thereof. According to the dielectric frequency response principle, the test system was established. The model of geometry structure of oil-paper was built by the dielectric theory. The dielectric frequency responses of oil-paper insulation with different geometry structure were modeled and validated by experimental data. The surface of dielectric frequency response with arbitrary geometry and frequency was modeled. Also, the relationship of dielectric frequency response and geometry of oil-paper was analyzed. The results show that, with the oil gap increased, the real part and the imaginary part of complex permittivity was increased at low frequency but decreased at high frequency.
