Abstract
A hybrid method that efficiently combines two powerful numerical techniques, i.e. the finite difference time domain (FDTD) and the method of moments in the time domain (MoMTD) is presented. The method is applicable to complex geometrics comprising thin wires which are studied using the MoMTD, and arbitrary inhomogeneous dielectric structures analyzed with the FDTD method
