Yuanmou Dry-hot Valley Region is an ecologically fragile zone in the mountainous regions in Southwest China, which is one of the most difficult areas for re-vegetation efforts in the Upper Yangtze River Basin. The purpose of this paper is to examine Features of Eco-environmental, consisting of the characters of topography, climate and hydrology, vegetation. Based on analysis the problems faced by Ecological Environment, such as deterioration of eco-environment and water resource shortage, we put forward to Ecology Restoration Measures: Vegetation restoration, Development of ecological agriculture.
