Abstract

After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The three kind of oil-degrading bacteria were separated from the bottom mud of sewage reservoir in the refinery. We studied petroleum hydrocarbons degradation performance of several bacteria and the mixed bacteria after shaking culture and the effects of nutrients and electron acceptor on the biodegradation of petroleum pollutants. The results showed that: the oil degradation rate of the three single bacteria reached up to 87.69%, 52.14%, 92.02% respectively after 25 days, the mixed bacteria´s reached up to 93.18%; Nutrients, electron acceptor had significant effects on the biodegradation of petroleum pollutants. The suitable ratio of N and P (Nutrients) was 2:1, and the suitable cumulative adding quantity of H2O2(electron acceptor) was 12000mg -kg-1.
