Abstract
A comprehensive evaluation method is introduced in this paper. Security, reliability, economic profit and other indices are included in this method. Functions of fuzzy membership grade are constructed for the evaluation indices. The final evaluation is determined by the weighted average of each index. The 10kV distribution network planning of a district in Shanghai is selected as an actual example, in which several planning alternatives are evaluated based on this method. The results of the example show that the method proposed in this paper can not only evaluate the connection modes quantitatively in an effective way, but also reflect the key elements influencing the characteristics of network planning.
