Abstract
The critical analysis and survey of evolution tendency of integrated technologies and design methodologies are presented. The practical features and up-to-date trends of application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) and programmable logic based (FPGA) designs are considered. Some near-term forecast of integrated technologies development is proposed.
