Abstract :
Flexible composite pre-cladding of tungsten carbide, nickel,chromium (WC-Ni-Cr) are shaped with mixer and roller and then be sticked on the Q235 steel substrate. Finally, WC-Ni-Cr composite cladding is fabricated by infiltration brazed technology. Several factors which would affect the process of infiltration brazed are analyzed. BNi-2 and BNi-7 are appropriate brazing-solder for infiltration brazed of WC-Ni-Cr composite cladding that form a metallurgy interface with Q235 steel substance.
