  • Abstract
    This paper presents a digital simulation model for the current transformer in real-time simulation of electric power system, taking into account the non-linear factors such as saturation and hysteresis. Using this model, the simulation researches of the electromagnetic transients of normal operating current state, large current fault state of the primary side and open-circuit fault state of primary side are developed. The simulation results show that the digital simulation model and the simulation method are correct.
