  • Abstract
    The application of agent technology based on the agent theory is studied. The search engine models have established in each level. The method of information retrieval is given and refreshment is defined. A refreshing strategy is presented to determine the renewal period of pages. The agent application in personalized information retrieval is discussed in the end
