Abstract
Redevelopment of historic industrial area has to face the Carbon emission issue while the global warming has had a significant impact on the environment. Combined with the life cycle assessment, six factors are intended to be the key to reduce carbon emission. And based on the analysis and evaluation on expenditures in the maintenance period, it offers the strategies of regional climate responses, compact form and building energy-saving renovation as the approaches to low-carbon redevelopment.
