  • Abstract
Response to global climate change must properly resolve relevant intellectual property issues. These issues are mainly manifested in two aspects: First, intellectual property monopoly protection in the process of technology transfer, leading to difficult for developing countries to adopt technology; Second, the abuse of intellectual property in the PPM standards leads to trade protection barriers. To this end, we must actively carry out active participation in global climate negotiations, while increasing R & D investment to enhance innovation capability.
