Abstract :
Being a platform for electricity trade, electricity trade center needs a huge investment for its construction and operation, and the approach of ROI (return of investment) will greatly influence the efficient and fair operation of the whole electricity market. Based on the theory of transaction cost, this paper proposes a suitable approach to get the investment´s return under current situation in China in order to balance all expenses of trade center. Meanwhile, this paper designs a transaction charging framework and also have detailed descriptions of transaction principles, charging objectives, items and cost allocation according to the behaviors of market participants and their involvements.
