Abstract :
The aim of intelligent traffic system (ITS) is to efficiently manage and improve the present urban traffic suite. In this paper the ITS data processing platform uses a spatial-time method to process the character parameter from the data of different spatial distributing sensor. The processed data by the platform can ensure traffic to be safe, expedite and ordinal. The system platform has been applied in the practical traffic management. Based on the experimental results, we analyze the design of platform is sensible and efficient.
