  • Abstract
    This paper discusses the observation and interpretation of chirp-like striation patterns in processed spectrograms of single channel electrocorticograms associated with epileptic patients. A pulse amplitude modulation model is presented as a possible mechanism for the appearance of the chirp-like patterns
