  • Abstract
Several methods of representation for congenital nystagmus (CN) exist in order to describe the behavior of this kind of pathological disease. This paper is attempts to formulate a new methodology to represent and generate visible results. A symbolic ergonomic representation was developed that interrelate the nystagmus record rightly located into a representative image. This classification can help medical diagnosis. On the other hand, there exist different ways to try to correct the damage generated by CN. In one of them specialists have to perform surgery, in which they reduce the muscles (those that generate the eye movement). Sometimes this surgery is inefficient and produces another kind of waveform. It means that CN could not be eliminated but just can be reduced. This paper also tries to create another way to correct and eliminate the eye movement caused by CN
