Abstract :
The dynamics model of shifting was built on the platform of BK6122EV equipped with AMT and dynamics analysis is done for each stage in shifting process. The control strategies of shifting with and without synchronizer are compared and analyzed. The vehicle model of BK6122EV and the control strategy model of shifting with and without synchronizer are established respectively by using Cruise software and MATLAB. Then the union simulation is done and two curves of shift process are obtained. Through compared, it is concluded that shifting without synchronizer in pure electric bus has the feasibility and superiority.
