  • Abstract
    From business perspective of the internet of things, actualization of the IOT into the complex system will link the real world with the digital world seamlessly. Modeling the complex systems can be hard in a computational sense and much management of relationships exists. Two of the problems of IOT-based system are the lack of stable architecture and autonomous process. This paper proposes the intelligent service-integrated platform based on IOT technology using FCM and fuzzy QFD method. It aimed at simulating complex system linked physical and digital objects with casual relationships while quantifying the performance impact of decision-making efficiency.
