Abstract
Working on a project where the work is distributed across the globe need not be a dreadful experience. It is possible to set up a distributed team so that the regular team members are not affected by the issues pertaining to the aspects of the global setup. This paper sheds some light on the problems discovered , analyzes what often goes wrong and suggests one of many possible solutions. Take the "full service" approach; outsource the management of the outsourced project. Using an example of a project done between the USA West Coast and Slovakia advantages of the proposed solution are evident.
