Abstract :
This paper put forward a method which is based on function-behavior-structure (FBS) according to the characters and demands of turbine blade die design. Through the analysis of the designing process of cavity, the paper researched on the mapping method of FBS which realized the automatic design of the cavity of precision casting mould on the basis of rule deduction and template. At last, we verified the availability of the method through the empirical designing. This paper established a FBS-based design method through the analyzing of the ordinary precision casting mould design process and realized the automatic creation of the precision casting mould cavity of the turbine blade.
