  • Abstract
    This paper confirms the support relationships between executive power and management capability in China construction enterprises. Enterprises´ executive is listed as one of three inherent growth forces. Based on the literatures analysis of executive power, construction enterprise executive power has been defined, at the same time, integrating the surface support and hidden lyaler uphold effect to enterprieses´ development from Enterprises´ executive, further constructs the index system with management ability, coordinate ability and service ability. on the other hand, by the improved factor analsysis method, the dynamic factor analysis compresive function has been deduced, and the efficienfy change of construction enterprise executive power has also been put forward to measure the continual improvement. At last, the questionary in National State construction enterprises in Shaanxi province shows that business philosophy, management strategies,entrepreneurial spirit, corporate culture, employment policies have been the key readjustment factor. It means that construction enterprise management ability has the impotant support effect on whether its executive power will operate from another perspective.
