Message from program chair

The IEEE International Technology Management Conference is in its second year, still in its infant stages. Because of this, the pool of potential authors is still small relative to other more established conference events, but the trend and outlook is promising. Above all, quality is certainly strong, as this year´s conference program will indicate. We received nearly 100 submissions from 29 different countries, and constructed a strong technical program in 12 sessions spread over five topical areas (tracks).
