Abstract :
Current distribution scenario reveals that the spectrum is allocated to the individual service providers who have the authority to control the access to the frequency spectrum traded by the governing authority of the region and the provider. As a consequence, the spectrum has now become a scarce resource. However, with the use of a Cognitive Radio, it becomes possible to observe the spectrum, so as to find which frequencies are free and ultimately implementing the best communication shape. The aim of this paper is to equalize the total distribution of the allocated radio spectrum resources amongst the devices that work within the same geographical area using non cooperative game theory approach.
