Abstract :
A system with a plug-in structure has the major feature of supporting extensibility. When introduced into the construction of data mining system, the plug-in structure approach will considerably meet the needs of extensibility. Based on the concept of plug-in structure, this paper has made a comprehensive analysis and summary of the current existing achievements in data mining system research, which starts with data mining process model,with a focus of analysis mainly on the features of the data mining system, and puts forward a data mining system. Additionally, a detailed analysis of the extensibility of the data mining system horizontally and vertically has been made, proving a quite optimized and revised performance of the system.
