Research on design of E-government business framework at the department of Fujian Province

With the rapid development of informatization for government departments, Effective integration becomes urgent for business application systems. To achieve this goal, we must comprehensively sort out and analyze all the business of government departments, and establish corresponding business framework in order to provide a constructing basis for developing the business system. The paper will design a general business framework based on provincial department, and present the design process in detail.
