Abstract :
A new method of burst DSSS signal tracking based on Kalman filter is proposed, which uses two Kalman filters to deal with code tracking and carrier tracking respectively. A Kalman model is built and the condition of improving tracking accuracy and optimization of Kalman filter are analyzed. The performance for tracking the burst DSSS in the low Signal-to-Noise Ratio is simulated, which shows the influence that burst data length and signal-to-noise ratio have on tracking accuracy.
