Abstract :
A personal arrhythmia monitor (PAM) was developed for situations requiring rapid determination of cardiac status. This device has several advantages over previous ECG display units, including its small size and weight, fixed electrodes for rapid application, high resolution, high visibility display, 45-s memory for later review, and control of amplitude, speed, and bandwidth.<>
