Abstract
Evaluation on administrators of colleges and universities can provide a scientific basis for decision making on personnel assessment, selection, and appointment of cadres for organization departments. In talent evaluation process there are a number of vague concepts and various factors. Although we have the severity of the primary and secondary points, the ambiguity also exists between subjects and objects. This paper, applying AHP and expert ratings methods, established a fuzzy evaluation model on administrators of colleges and universities based on M (1,2,3) model. Evaluation results of examples showed the validity of the improved model and the model can achieve the dynamic evaluation of administrators of colleges and universities.
