Abstract
Carrier delay ambiguity resolving is the essence to enable CEI (Connected Elements Interferometry) a high accurate measuring system. Two ways of resolving carrier delay ambiguity are discussed under different signal types in TT&C, including Δ DOR method and FX correlation method. According to 3σ rule, the requirement of difference phase measurement accuracy at certain carrier and bandwidth between different DOR tone in ΔDOR method is analyzed. Afterward, the scheme of FX correlation method to resolve ambiguity is proposed. The simulation results indicate that comparing to FX correlation method, ΔDOR has a lower SNR demand in the process of resolving ambiguity, while FX correlation needs further research in the future.
