Abstract
Waveguide-grating-router lasers are multiwavelength lasers consisting of an array of semiconductor optical amplifiers integrated with a waveguide grating router. These devices can provide accurately spaced wavelengths that are inherently stable and can be simultaneously or fast-switched between.
