Abstract
With the continuous development of human society and energy consume, pollution of the environment, ecological environment deterioration and global greenhouse effect are increasing, energy-saving and emission-reduction has become the inevitable choice of economic sustainable development. Based on the analysis and summary procedure of energy conservation and emission reduction of four developed countries include Australia, Germany, the United States and Japan, draw for China to realize the policy implications of energy-saving and emission-reduction targets.
