Abstract
This paper presents an optimization model for the design of broadband fixed wireless access networks. The model considers the siting and configuration of the infrastructure necessary to provide a required service to a set of users, ie, selects the base station locations and the configures the antennas located at the base stations , eg, antenna type used, azimuth, tilt, channel assignment, and power selection
