Abstract
In order to facilitate resource sharing in LAN and save the Internet bandwidth, in this paper we proposed a data communication model based on P2P which support internal resource sharing in LAN. The design concept of the model is presented, and the working mechanism and state transition of the model is then described. At last, by analyzing the performance of the proposed algorithm, the results illustrate that the model can achieve remarkably higher resource sharing efficiency. At the same time, the bandwidth of external network as well as a lot of downloading time can be saved. The model we presented could provide theoretical basis for our further implementation of LAN resource sharing software.
