Abstract
A mixed gases (NOx and CO) measurement system based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor array and neural network with continuous valued output style was developed. Sensor unit optimal designing sensor array and neural network construction were studied and the evaluation of the system was undertaken. This method could improve the precision of the measurement to 8% in the range of 0-30 p.p.M.
