Abstract
Some factors was discussed, including solid content of phenol formaldehyde, adhesive impregnation time, moisture content of bamboo bundle and cross section area of bamboo bundle. It was showed that: the optimal process conditions is: solid content of phenol formaldehyde for 25%, adhesive impregnation time for 14min, moisture content of bamboo bundle for 11%, cross section area of bamboo bundle for 10.3mm2.
