Abstract
Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) is today´s technology of wireless systems that gains multiple antennas to provide high data rates. The nature of independent time-varying channels across different users in a multi-user wireless system provides multi-user diversity. In addition, multiple antennas that spatially separate the signals from different users can be used to provide multiple access gain. Combining fair scheduling and efficient antenna assignment, we can achieve the goal of fairness and maximum capacity. For antenna assignment, because of the variation of channel conditions especially in the case of mobility of users we propose a novel scheme considering the behavior of MIMO systems with low complexity. The results of our simulations demonstrate the efficiency of our scheme
