Abstract
The key component in enterprise information framework is the enterprise model that affects many aspects of implementing enterprise information system. In this paper, a new model named P-PROCE model is put forward especially for intranet enterprise. It consists of five sub models: process model, product model, resource model, organization model, cost and evaluation model (P-PROCE). The process model serves as the heart and center of the enterprise model, which decides efficiency, cost and final revenue. Its application is presented in detail after the model is introduced.
