Application of information integration in ITS

ITS is becoming more and more important in our modern society. With the development of techniques, there comes into being many sorts of navigation facilities for varied carriers. Each of them has their own advantages and features as well as inherent disadvantages of shortcomings. Information integration should account for this. In this paper, methods to integrate information are introduced; moreover we make a comparison of these methods. Also the paper gives some details of these applications and in particular the application of GPS/INS/DR integrated systems. Then the results of the experiment are shown. At last we make a conclusion.
