  • Abstract
Electric vehicles attract around the world for its energy conservation and environmental protection, which is a major development direction of the promotion of the use of new energy. With the development of electric vehicles, it possible that large-scale electric vehicles connect to the grid, which will bring new challenges to the security and stability to the grid. Reasonable management and control must be taken to the electric vehicles as a special user load by Power Grid enterprise. The charging and discharging models of electric vehicle are established firstly, and the model of electric vehicle considering it takes part in the grid load frequency adjustment by V2G technology, in order to study the role and effectiveness of control. The simulation shows that the method is feasible and effective, electric vehicles can be used as a fast system backup.
