  • Abstract
To speed up the construction of urban distribution network investment, a good way is to improve the reliability of grid power supply and the level of electric terminal safety. Electric power system is an organic whole, while urban distribution network has a large-scale investment. Under the constraint of total amount of investment, how to arrange the proportion of the investment between different voltage levels, to avoid the bottlenecks and to improve the coordination between the voltage levels, is an important problem to be solved for the power grid enterprise. This paper focuses on 35kV and 110kV voltage levels in the distribution network, building investment benefit evaluation index system of the different voltage levels. Then a dynamic weighting comprehensive evaluation model is built to assess the sample investment benefit. The rationality of the model is showed by three points of data unit in a certain area.
