Abstract :
Nowadays, exploring and using of new energy resources is becoming more and more important, especially solar energy. However, the development of solar power faces many difficulties, such as efficiency. The efficiency of the solar power generation system is determined by inverter, and the design of high frequency transformer is an important part in the inverter. In high-frequency fly-back transformer, leakage is a key parameter affecting energy consumption. In view of this situation, this paper analyzed methods of reducing leakage, and proposed a new method to calculate leakage through using the air gap, and then build a fly-back transformer model to verify this method.
