  • Abstract
    Along with the intensification of global competition and the complexity of manufacturing products, the cooperation among enterprises becomes more closely, and the range of quality control extends from internal to the external enterprises. To meet the dynamic, open, and cooperation quality control demand, based on holonic theory, the product quality cooperation control model based on holonic is established. By means of the characteristic analysis of this model, the autonomy and cooperative quality control holon are established by the analysis of cooperation operation among holons to improve the ability and efficiency of product quality control. The communication mechanism and cooperation mechanism of product quality cooperation control model based on holonic is constructed by physical channel to realize cooperation quality control. Finally, the simulation system of the product quality cooperation control model based on holonic can be demonstrated and validated by Flexsim software. It shows the proposed method can satisfy the requirements of product quality cooperation control in modern manufacturing mode, and it can provide a support for effectively quality management.
