Abstract
Results of development of the DC-2 GHz 4-bit digital MMIC attenuator with a small insertion phase plusmn3deg have been presented. The attenuator chip with dimensions of 1.7times1.8 mm2 has been made to provide insertion loss about 1.3 dB and the signal amplitude control on range from 0 to 15 dB with 1-dB step.
