  • Abstract
    A new coil unwinding roller operating framework of leveling line in hot rolled flat sheet metal factory is brought out based on analyzed the shortcomings of the original operating system. The main features of the new system and the design thoughts of its hydraulic operation system are described in detail. A open controlling system is used which is based on soft PLC technology. The constant pressure control strategy and stroke control strategy are used according to the coil unwinding different stages. The strip tension and thickness are taken into controlling process to realize closed loop controling. The practice has proved that this operating system improve the function of the original system effectively. And it has the value to promotion of application.
