  • Abstract
In order to solve the problems of geographical information services publication and discovery, technologies of geographical information services publication and discovery based on ontology and description Logic were discussed. OWL-S ontology description model was used to improve semantic lacking in services description. Description logic was introduced as the top way of services matchmaking, and logical rules were considered to define the preconditions and effects of services. Then, more accurate and exact geographical information services matchmaking was realized based on services catalog matchmaking, services input and output matchmaking.
