Abstract :
Assessment of the risk of damage due to lightning could provide valuable theoretical reference to determine the level of lightning protection and insulation level for modern architecture and its internal electrical systems and equipments. And it is of great significance to reduce losses caused by disasters of lightning. At the same time, in order to perfect the risk monitoring and management of the disaster, it becomes essential that the visual monitoring of the disaster risk is studied. This paper will utilize existing lightning location information to carry on the monitoring and assessment of the lightning disaster risk. Adopt the methods, such as mathematical statistics, etc. to analyses about the characteristic parameter of lightning under different areas, different environments. Research spatial-temporal distribution of lightning activity, extract the relevant risk assessment factor; establish calculating models of disaster risk assessment, quantitative analysis of the disaster risk. And in accordance with the results of the assessment of the environment, to choose the lightning protection level and insulation Level of various kinds of systems and equipments. To prove this new method, combine the lightning location information of Guangzhou in recent years, and validate and improve the monitoring method of disaster risk struck by lightning. At the same time, fully reflect the protective effect of lightning protection devices, put forward the measurements to defend disaster and reduce the lost.
