Abstract
A novel method for the synthesis of switched-capacitor (SC) high-frequency voltage magnitude amplifiers is proposed. Existing SC amplifiers use active circuits to achieve the amplification effect. In the proposed approach, this effect is obtained with passive SC three ports. The only required active components are two voltage buffers. Consequently, the structure is capable of operating at high speeds. The scheme is, however, best implemented in MESFET technology
