Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Through the analysis of the current student evaluations of teaching system, proposed a multi-dimensional student evaluations of teaching methods. In the horizontal, the teacher can judge the quality of teaching this semester by the previous three years, and can determine the questionnaire scores between the corresponding indicators from the semester and last semester. So the teacher can be improved according to the questionnaire indicators. In the vertical, the teacher can understand his rank in the proportion of the whole school this semester.
