Abstract
The use of the scattering operator of a random complex radar object (RCRO) and the method of its factorization allows one to find an initial form of the polarization-angular response (PAR) of the RCRO. The PAR is described by a stochastic function in terms of the position angle. The fine structure of this function and its transformations are connected with the spatial-spectral properties of the RCRO. Some results of theoretical and experimental investigations of the fine structure of the PAR are presented
